My Tank M1 Pro died, Please help

  I bought Tank M1 Pro about 1 month ago.

  yesterday, it's become un normal restart than display become to get some lines.
  The battery was still on 80% up

   

  and now it was died.

   

  any solution to this problem, please help and give a feedback.

  I live in Indonesia
