5. Gentle and continuous exercise is recommended for the elderly
Such as Taijiquan, Baduanjin, health stake and other sports combined with breathing. Exercise combined with breathing is not only conducive to the operation of limb Qi and blood, but also has a regulating effect on Yin and Yang of viscera Qi and blood.
6. Exercise and make choices during the day
Especially at noon when Yang Qi is relatively prosperous. At night or in the early morning, the body is full of yin and Yang, which is easy to disturb the movement of Qi, blood and Yin in the elderly.
