Tips for running

The significance of life lies in sports. Among the current rising weight-loss and fitness sports, running is one of the most healthy and popular sports. Because running is not limited by time, place and people, running is the most popular form of sports. Running can not only strengthen the body, but also reduce weight and fat and keep fit. But can't you ignore some tips for running?

1. Prepare appropriate "equipment".
Choose different shoes according to different running methods. You may as well buy a pair of comfortable running shoes, which will not be so tired when running. Don't choose long pants when it's hot, and try not to wear shorts in winter, so as to keep the body temperature appropriate and perspiration unobstructed.
2. Replenish water.
It's best to drink a glass of boiled water before going out for sports. Drinking water can not only replenish water, relieve dry mouth and irritable tongue overnight, but also reduce blood concentration, promote blood circulation and material metabolism.
3. Warm up.
Before long-distance running, you should warm up fully, and the warm-up lasts for about 10 minutes. Warm up can make all organs of the body begin to adapt to the upcoming exercise, and the blood vessels of leg muscles relax to bring sufficient oxygen.
4. Remember to organize the exercise.
After running, it is not suitable to sit down and rest immediately. You should do some finishing exercises to gradually calm your heart rate and breathing, such as jogging, springing, squatting, turning your waist, expanding your chest, etc. Rest after the body temperature and heart rate basically return to normal.
5. Don't hurry to cool down.
After exercise, you will sweat a lot and feel thirsty. It is not suitable for you to enter the air-conditioned room immediately to cool down. You can not drink a lot of water, especially cold drinks, immediately to avoid irritation of the gastrointestinal tract. Also, you should not take a bath when you are sweating profusely, so as to avoid syncope caused by short-term cerebral ischemia.
