The watch is great geek toy. Android 7.x, most apps working fine from the store. Even ssh/vnc clients (server management from a smart watch is really geek fun).
With usb cable the scrcpy working fine. On my twist it is not so big, and the band was almost a bit short (my writs diameter is 21cm+).

Great sound quality during phone calls
Front camera is good, face detection working perfectly
Battery time is acceptable (1 day)
VERY accurate front touchscreen
Display brightness is good even in sunshine & very good quality display
Good app compatibility and speed
Waterproof, but i was not brave to try it :)
Solid build quality

Con:
No brightness sensor
No volume buttons
One led would be nice for missed call/message notifier
No SD card slot
It get a bit warm during charging & during heavy use (performance mode)
The standard phone and the sms app is very simply
No flashlight
