Please note that this Shipping Policy is only for reference. The actual delivery date may vary depending on many factors, including holidays, events, weather, and emergencies. Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email to confirm your order details with shipping carrier and tacking information.
Shipping & Delivery
KOSPET works closely with industry-leading shipping companies for superior shipping solutions. Your order will be shipped from our warehouses located in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and China. To further optimize delivery time, additional warehouses were added in 2024 across the European Union (EU), Russia, Mexico, Brazil, and Philippine.

Shipping Time
KOSPET promises to process your order within 1 to 3 working days (from Monday to Friday). For priority order processing, please contact our Customer Service.
The following shipping time EXCLUDES the order processing time:
KOSPET provides 2 different shipping methods, registered airmail and DHL, with respective shipping time listed below :
- Registered airmail delivers packages to most countries and regions, which normally takes 12 to 30 working days (from Monday to Friday) from the date of shipment.
- DHL, which delivers packages within 5 to 10 working days (from Monday to Friday), is generally faster but more expensive than registered airmail. If you select DHL as the shipping method, you may need to deal with the customs clearance.
Shipping Fees
The final cost of shipping is affected by weight, shipping destination, shipping method, warehouse location, and other factors. More details can be viewed at checkout.
We currently ship to most countries and regions. If you’ve placed an order successfully, it means we can ship to your mailing address. For further questions, please contact our Customer Service as set forth below.
Please note that delivery schedules may be affected by holidays and weekends, which is considered a force majeure agreed by both KOSPET and our customers.
Tracking Order
To avoid shipping delays and package loss, please provide complete delivery address, including name of recipient, company name, flat number, floor number, street name, and valid phone number. KOSPET will NOT be responsible for nay lost package due to incorrect delivery address provided, or other subjective reasons.
KOSPET uses the third party verification system to help us manage order processing. Double check your delivery address that must match the mailing address of your credit card, or it may affect your order processing or order shipment.
If your order is returned to KOSPET by the shipping carrier we work with, you will need to place the order again. For any payment problem, please email us at after-sales@kospet.com.
Duties & Taxes
A tariff or duty is a tax levied by governments on the value including freight and insurance of imported products and services. Different tariffs are applied on different products and services by different countries. Please contact your local customs office for further details about tax rate and tax policy. KOSPET is NOT responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.
Please note that you will NOT receive your product(s) or refund if the package cannot be delivered or is returned because you have not cooperated with customs clearance or paid customs duties and taxes.
About EU VAT
From July 1 st, 2021, KOSPET will begin to charge VAT on orders delivered to the EU, including the shipment with the total value of above €150. You will also be charged with VAT If your order is shipped from the EU to non-EU countries and regions.

Non-refundable Shipping Fees
We will NOT refund the original shipping fees that include services provided by the shipping carrier.
