Instructions:
1. Prepare
Need a good running computer, data line, driver, tools, firmware (software package). Pay attention to ensure that the watch battery power should be more than 40%, or will cause upgrade failure.
2. First, install the driver: 'DriverInstall.exe'to the computer.The installation process can be operated according to the instructions. After the data in the box is copied, the installation driver is completed as shown in figure 2:
3. Open the upgrade tool:
Open the folder:' SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1804.00.001', to find the file:'flash_tool.exe', Double-click to run the tool, as shown in the window:
4. Load configuration information and files:
Find the folder:' SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1804.00.001', and choose 'MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin', as below:
5. Select soft package:
In the red icon as shown in the picture below, click choose and find the package: 'DM20_C10_V0.7_20200225_eng'. Open it and find folder 'image', and select 'MT6739_Android_scatter.txt'. Show as below:

7. Connect the watch:
After click 'Download', the swiping tool will wait for access to the watch. Then, connect the watch (make sure the watch is power off) to the computer via the cable. After successfully accessing the computer, the tool will automatically write the swiper file (firmware) into the watch, as shown in the picture below: (Note: don't move or operate the watch in the upgrade process, in order to avoid bad contact and the upgrade failure.)
8. Update Finished:
the Download OK window will pop up after the field is written, and the upgrade has been completed. Just disconnect the watch from the computer.
9. If the upgrade process fails, please unplug the data cable and click Download again. Insert the watch again and wait for the upgrade.If you cannot upgrade many times, you can try to press the power button for 10 seconds and then re-insert the data cable to upgrade.
