1.Please ensure that the App runs normally in your phone background. Android smartphone users need to add the App to Whitelist in Settings to stop the App from being turned off automatically when the screen is off.
2.Make sure whether the App is turned off manually.
3.Reset the watch, delete the App and reinstall it on your phone. Remove the paired watch in Bluetooth Setting and pair the watch with your phone again.
4.Switch to another mobile device to pair the watch.
