Your privacy is important to KOSPET. This Privacy Policy describes how KOSPET collects, uses and shares your personal data that our products or other services (“the Services”) process (e.g., KOSPET FIT App, software, KOSPET’s websites, APIs, etc.)

Personal Data KOSPET Collects from You

At KOSPET, we strive to collect only the personal data that we need. When you create a KOSPET account, purchase and/or activate a product or device. download a software or firmware update, connect to our services, contact us (including trough social media), or otherwise interact with KOSPET, we may collect a variety of information, including:

Account Information. Your KOSPET account details, such as name and email address.

Device Information. Data from which your device could be identified, such as Mac address.

Contact Information. Data such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.

You are not required to provide the personal data that we have requested. However, if you choose not to do so, we will not be able to respond to requests you may have, or provide you with our products or services in many cases.

KOSPET’s Use of Personal Data
